1. About PropTap

PropTap is a platform that helps users discover real estate projects organically through a map-based experience. We do not run ads, promote listings, or charge users.

2. Using PropTap
  • Use the platform for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • Provide accurate information when making an enquiry or scheduling a visit.
  • Not misuse, duplicate, or harm the platform in any way.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to users who misuse the platform or violate these terms.

3. Content on the Site

All content — including property data, project visuals, and tools — is owned or licensed by respective developers or aggregators. Proptap does not claim copyright to any project information or content.

We do our best to keep property information accurate and updated, but we do not guarantee complete accuracy. Users are advised to verify details directly with the developers.

4. EMI

The EMI values displayed on the site are approximate values based on the listed prices of the properties calculated considering the most commonly accepted down payment, tenure & rate of interest figures. The final values may change depending on the actual down payment, tenure & rate of interest. Please check with your lender for the same.

5. No Brokerage

We do not charge brokerage. We may be compensated separately by developers for confirmed bookings — but this never affects your experience or property discovery on PropTap.

6. Liability

We’re here to help you discover projects easily, but we’re not responsible for:

  • Any issues between you and the developer/seller.
  • Accuracy of third-party project data.
  • Delays, cancellations, or changes in project details.
7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. We do not spam or share your contact details without consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you of any major changes, and continued use means you agree to the updated terms.
